SC gives interim relief to BRS MLC K Kavitha in Delhi excise case

The Supreme Court of India has granted interim relief to Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) MLC K Kavitha in a case related to Delhi excise policy irregularities. The court has asked the Enforcement Directorate not to summon Kavitha until the next hearing, which has been adjourned until September 26. Kavitha had been summoned by the ED and was questioned multiple times in March.
