Madhya Pradesh Assembly polls: BJP releases first list of candidates for 39 seats

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has announced its first list of candidates for the Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections. The party has declared candidates for 39 out of 230 Assembly seats, with more to be named soon. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah have already started campaigning for the BJP, while the Congress, the main opposition party in the state, has also begun its campaign. The Aam Aadmi Party has also released its first list of candidates for the Assembly polls in Madhya Pradesh.
