North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has arrived in Russia for his second meeting with President Vladimir Putin. The agenda for the meeting has not been confirmed, but there are speculations that Putin may ask for artillery and ammunition for the war in Ukraine. This would be a reversal of roles from the Korean War when the Soviet Union supported North Korea’s invasion of the South.
